Price NOK included NOK deposit for X-raying of hips for a survey of the status of hip dysplasia.

The deposit will be paid back to the buyer against sending a copy of the registration certificate with HD status included.

Following agreements are covered by the contract:

· The puppies will be registered in Norsk Kennel Klub. The registration certificate will be sent as soon as it is ready. The registration licence will be paid by the breeder.

· In case of congential or heritable ailment/suffering (ex. Hip Dysplasia) or Chryptorchism (missing testicle) for male dogs, half of the sales price will be refunded against a signed statement saying the dog will not be used for breeding.

· The Greenland-dog is a sled- and pack dog and shall be used thereafter. The breeder has the right to check the dogs care and well-being. If the dog is being improperly taken care of, the breeder has the right to take the dog back free of charge.

· The dog shall not be sold, given away to others or euthanized without first contacting the breeder.

· The breeder has the first priority to rebuy the dog if the owner wishes to sell it.

· The buyer is obligated to X-ray the dog’s hips with regard to Hip Dysplasia between age of 18 - 24 months. A deposit of NOK which is paid to the breeder upon sale of the dog will then be refunded against copy of the registration certificate with HD status included.

· The buyer binds himself to show the dog at least once in open class (adult) at a dog-show sanctioned by the NKK

(Norsk Kennel Klub) or other national kennel club (cynologic federation) relayed to the FCI.
